We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Supervisor to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional care to clients in the Auburn and Syracuse areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support caregivers in the Auburn and Syracuse areas
• Conduct in-home visits to assess client needs, satisfaction, and safety
• Develop, review, and update individualized plan of care for each client
• Train, mentor, and evaluate home care staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
• Maintain compliance with NYS LHCSA and Medicaid regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Compassionate and client-centered approach to care
  
  

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• Full-time 36 hours per week
• No Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays!
