This is a full-time remote role for a Licensing Support Specialist. The person in this role will be responsible for providing support with professional licensing processes, troubleshooting licensing issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. They will frequently interact with healthcare professionals, state licensing boards, and internal teams to facilitate licensing needs and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and ensuring accuracy in records and compliance
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address licensing and compliance-related issues
- Exceptional Customer Support and Communication skills for effective engagement with healthcare professionals and regulatory entities
- Familiarity with licensing requirements and processes across different states is preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
