Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: $67,500 to $72,500 (depending on licensure)

This position will provide oversight of the Poughkeepsie PROS program and work alongside the Team Leader of the program. They will ensure that clients are receiving appropriate and timely clinical services and support the program team leader in ensuring that staff have an outlet for task oriented questions and support related to the distribution of clinical services.

They will ensure that clients are receiving appropriate and timely clinical services and support the program team leader in ensuring that staff have an outlet for task oriented questions and support related to the distribution of clinical services.
Primary Functions
- Collaborate with staff to create program’s group schedule including development of group codes
- Support Team Leader with screening of referrals including hospital discharges
- Support Team Leader with completion of NIMRS incident reports
- Maintain an individual caseload of 15-18
- Facilitate 4-5 groups
- Support with training new staff on PROS structure, documentation and how to use electronic health record
- Serve as program’s safety coordinator
- Provide task and clinical supervision to the team in the Team Leader’s absence
- Assignments may be determined at a future date
- Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Trained in at least one Evidenced Based Practice (EBP) and qualified to supervise others in EBPs.
- Previous experience in providing individual and group mental health counseling services in a mental health setting.
- LCSW, LMHC or Master’s Degree in a Mental Health/Therapeutic related field required.
