Primary Functions
Clinical Care
- Deliver comprehensive diagnostic assessments and individualized, trauma-informed treatment interventions.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents within school-based and outpatient settings.
- Maintain a caseload and ensure care coordination, including crisis intervention and resource linkage.
- Participate in psychiatric care planning in collaboration with medical providers.
- Utilize both in-person and telehealth modalities, creatively engaging clients in their care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation within electronic medical records (e.g., myEvolv, CPSE Portal).
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to social workers, counselors, and interns.
- Monitor and review all documentation for regulatory compliance, clinical appropriateness, and billing requirements.
- Oversee performance evaluations, supervision logs, timesheets, and scheduling to ensure optimal team operations.
- Support supervisees in managing high-risk cases and navigating mandated reporting protocols.
- Participate in and facilitate staff development, including training on evidence-based practices.

- Serve as liaison with host schools and community partners to support service delivery and program expansion.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assist with hiring decisions in collaboration with HR.
- Complete chart audits and assist in internal and external audits (OMH, DOE, insurers).
- Attend and represent the organization in interagency meetings and special projects.
- Contribute to program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications And Attributes
- Required: NYS LCSW, LCSW-R, or LMHC;
- Preferred: CASAC-T or CASAC; Bilingual Spanish-speaking
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience (individual, family, group therapy), including 2 years of clinical supervision
- Experience with school-aged youth and families facing trauma, poverty, addiction, and related challenges
- Familiarity with OMH regulations, HIPAA, SED mandates, and integrated behavioral health models
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience (individual, family, group therapy), including 2 years of clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- Experience with school-aged youth and families facing trauma, poverty, addiction, and related challenges
- Familiarity with OMH regulations, HIPAA, SED mandates, and integrated behavioral health models
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
