Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Belton, TX, with some work from home acceptable. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to clients with speech, language, and communication disorders. The role involves working with individuals of all ages, conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and updating treatment plans as necessary. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals is also essential.
Qualifications
- Speech Therapy, Speech
- Dysphagia
- Experience in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the clinical setting is a plus
