My client is seeking a procurement manager with change management expertise to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. The team has several short- and long-term initiatives that this person will speerhead. This role will be an ongoing need for the company as they strive for continuous improvement and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have procurement experience paired with change management leadership experience. This will be an individual contributor role - though this person will partner across the procurement team, and with other departments and stakeholders to suggest, influence, communicate and execute change. The individual will need to be a self-starter, able to work without oversight, and possess strong communication skills. This is an immediate need. On a permanent basis, my client has budgeted paying up to $107-133K Bonus for this role. This role is in-office 5 days/week in Chicago's downtown loop.
