Key Responsibilities:
- Define revenue, margin, and utilization targets with the Executive Team.
- Build and maintain an agile resource model tailored to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with managers to confirm teams have resources to achieve goals while managing cross-team relationships.
- Pursue leads, develop compelling proposals, and foster customer relationships to actively grow the EIM practice.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance service offering and opportunities to refine methodologies to gain efficiency and increase revenue.
- Manage and facilitate customer experience while providing exceptional service.
- Mentor and optimize team performance and establish clear accountability.
- Contribute to industry white papers and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
- Knowledge of engineering and the construction industry.
- Experience managing projects in a consulting or managed services capacity.
- Knowledge of capital projects which may include Document Control and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) business functions is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in project management, change management, and team management.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams, having accountability for project delivery, and providing quality of all EIM projects.
- Up to 20% travel.
