Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

Compensation: $90K-95K up to $3k Sign on Bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
