About the Role
We're growing and looking for someone who loves the sport, people, and great experiences. As Community Manager, you'll be the face of Access Padel - the first person members see, the energy behind our events, and the voice of our community online and off. This is a people-first role for someone ready to be the social architect of a club on the rise.
What You'll Do
- Welcome members and guests; manage court bookings and daily front desk operations
- Lead community communications - WhatsApp groups, newsletters, and social channels; onboard new members and introduce them to the club experience
- Manage club leagues, arrange daily open matches, and build a strong understanding of the club's player rating system
- Assist the club's Instagram presence - content creation, reels, and stories
- Plan and execute club events, social mixers, and themed nights
- Build brand collaborations with local lifestyle, fitness, and F&B partners
- Manage programming through club management software and launch new programs as the club grows
- Gather member feedback and translate it into improvements to the club experience
- Support membership sales and retention
- Be the social architect of the club - shaping culture, energy, and community from the ground up
What We're Looking For
- Warm, energetic personality with strong communication skills
- Experience in sports clubs, fitness, or hospitality - padel or racquet sport knowledge is a bonus but not required
- Comfortable with digital tools - booking software, Google Suite, Instagram, social platforms
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Passion for the sport and for building community
Pay: $35,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
