Direct Care Professional (DCP), Awake Overnight

Paid Training

We provide our Direct Care Professionals with paid training and mileage reimbursement.

Work One-on-One with Our Clients

During a normal shift, you will work with only one client. This will give you an opportunity to really develop a relationship with that person.

Overnight shifts available: 10:00 p.m.–9:00 a.m. Must be able to work until 9:00 a.m.

Flexible Scheduling

Since our clients are in our care 24/7, we have the ability to staff them according to their needs. No two clients have the same schedule. If you have limited availability, we can work with you!

Direct Care Professionals are responsible for many things, including medication administration, personal cares, cooking, cleaning, and being a companion to our clients while they are out in the community. This position has a lot of opportunity for growth since every day can be a learning experience! It is great experience for those going into Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Education, and many other Human Service fields! Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a high school diploma/GED
• Pass a background study
• Have a current driver's license, auto insurance, and an operating vehicle (for transporting clients)
• Be willing to work every other weekend
