Access North Center for Independent Living is hiring compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as CFSS Support Worker (PCA)! This flexible and rewarding position allows you to make a real impact by helping individuals with disabilities live independently in their homes and communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Light housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, dishes, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, laundry, etc.)
- Prepare simple meals and snacks
- Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and essential shopping
- Support with daily living activities and other tasks as assigned
- Assisting with hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Preparing simple meals and snacks.
- Providing a caring, positive presence and engaging in conversation and social interaction.
- Comfortable working with a Hoyer lift
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, dependable, and respectful attitude
- Valid Driver’s License
- Auto insurance with your name listed on the policy
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report and MN DHS Background Check
