We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, FL. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude and escalate when necessary.

• Previous experience as a host or in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
