Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lifestyles Director with planning, organizing, and implementing community events, programs, and activities
- Help with event setup and tear-down, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and event materials
- Design and distribute flyers, announcements, and promotional materials for upcoming events
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure activities run smoothly and guests have a positive experience
- Prepare activity spaces and organize materials needed for programs
- Engage with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with other projects and administrative tasks as needed to support the Lifestyles program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Creative mindset with an interest in events, activities, or community programming
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills required; experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
- Ability to assist with light lifting and event setup
- Part-time position with flexible hours
- Some evening or weekend availability may be required based on event schedules
