- Guest Experience
- Provide a warm greeting to every guest entering Sailfish Grille
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor at all times
- Manage seating flow to ensure even table distribution
- Assist elderly or mobility-limited residents to tables
- Know table numbers, server sections, and daily event operations
- Communication
- Notify servers of new tables
- Communicate wait times and special requests
- Inform management immediately of concerns, complaints, or unusual situations
- Dining Room Support
- Run food and drinks when needed
- Pre-bus and reset tables to maintain smooth service
- Keep bathrooms, dining room, and entry clean throughout the shift
