Must have daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holiday availability.

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely manner.
- Manage the waitlist and communicate accurate wait times.
- Assign tables based on seating chart, server rotation, and guest needs.
- Alert servers of new tables immediately to ensure prompt service.
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables to maintain a clean dining room.
- Run food and drinks as needed to support servers.
- Memorize table numbers, layout, and server sections.
- Be knowledgeable about daily specials and community events.
- Monitor flow of service and communicate with FOH team to avoid delays.
- Provide professional, courteous service at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a “help where needed” mindset.
