This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining roads, common areas, facilities, and grounds to ensure a high-quality environment for residents and guests.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, physically capable, and enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain roads, drainage systems, signage, and community infrastructure
- Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, brush clearing, and debris removal
- Assist with snow removal, sanding, and seasonal road maintenance
- Perform general facility repairs and preventative maintenance
- Operate trucks, tractors, mowers, and other equipment safely
- Conduct routine inspections of community areas and report issues
- Assist with special projects and emergency response as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic handyman or general maintenance skills required
- Experience in facilities maintenance, landscaping, construction, or related field preferred
- Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and power tools
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely
