Access Living is hiring a Client Staffing Specialist responsible for maintaining adequate staffing levels to meet client support needs and reinforcing key functions like training, compliance, and employee development. This role plays a vital part in making sure staff are qualified, prepared, and supported to deliver exceptional care. The Specialist collaborates closely with supervisors and leadership to drive staff success while aligning with regulatory standards, contractual requirements, and Access Living’s core values.
Job Overview
The Client Staffing Specialist plays a key role in supporting client services by helping coordinate staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and placement to ensure consistent and qualified care. This position helps track certifications, manage documentation, and provide support when staff are out or transitioning. The Specialist also assists with addressing day-to-day staffing needs, supports team communication, and helps maintain compliance with state and contractual requirements like those from DDA and DOH. Strong organization, communication, and tech skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least three or more years of experience in staffing support, training, or compliance oversight in a regulated field.
- Experience in environments that deliver contracted services to vulnerable populations or where regulatory oversight is critical.
- Substantial Human Resources experience is valued and considered an asset.
