Shop Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Shop Manager to help run our busy and growing t-shirt and embroidery shop, Access Imprinted. This role is a mix of people management, customer service, and production. You’ll be making sure orders go out on time, the shop runs smoothly, and customers leave happy with great-looking gear.

Run the Shop Day-to-Day

• Oversee opening and closing duties, making sure everything is set up for a smooth day.
• Keep track of the daily schedule, ensuring orders are moving through production on time.
• Troubleshoot issues as they come up and keep things running efficiently.

Work with Customers

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Provide quotes, answer questions, and guide people through design and customization options.
• Handle online and phone orders, making sure details are clear and accurate.
• Build relationships with repeat customers, local businesses, schools, and organizations.

Imprint Production

• Operate embroidery machines, heat press, vinyl cutter, and screen printing equipment and help out team members.
• Learn the ins and outs of production to support the team during busy times and jump in where needed.Help troubleshoot equipment issues and keep everything running smoothly.

Manage Inventory & Supplies

• Keep track and inventory shirts, hoodies, hats, thread, vinyl, and other shop supplies.
• Place orders with vendors as needed so we never run out of essentials.
• Keep the shop organized and easy to navigate.

Quality Control

• Double-check orders for accuracy when inventory arrives at the street.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before they leave the shop.
• Make sure designs are lined up, colors are correct, and products meet our quality standards.
• Handle customer issues quickly and professionally if something isn’t right.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Work Location: In person
