Access II Independent Living Center is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support agency operations across multiple programs. This position serves as the administrative hub for consumer intake, records management, quality assurance, compliance tracking, and general office operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys creating organization from complexity, identifying missing information before it becomes a problem, and helping keep multiple programs operating efficiently. This position supports leadership by ensuring documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and operational processes remain organized.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate consumer intake, referrals, and maintain confidential records.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform routine audits of consumer files for completeness.
- Track missing documentation, required signatures, and staff deadlines.
- Prepare and organize reports, electronic files, and office records.
- Assist with employee onboarding, training records, and administrative support.
- Support compliance activities, audit preparation, and quality assurance projects.
- Assist with agency programs, special projects, community outreach, and events.
- Maintain office organization while supporting daily operations across multiple departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of administrative, office, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new computer systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
- Experience with healthcare, social services, or nonprofit organizations preferred.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and supporting individuals with disabilities.
