About the Role
This is an inside sales, phone-based mortgage role designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.
As an Inside Sales Mortgage Representative, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping educate senior homeowners on options available to address common financial challenges, including navigating rising living costs, fixed incomes, and long-term retirement planning concerns.
You will begin in a paid, structured training and development program, working in a call-center environment where you’ll make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to warm consumer leads. As you progress, you’ll learn to pre-qualify clients, understand mortgage solutions, and transition into originating loans.
This role functions as a Loan Officer trainee position, with a structured path into loan origination based on performance and completion of training.
This role is ideal for sales professionals, call center or inside sales representatives, individuals new to the mortgage industry seeking a clear Loan Officer career path, and licensed Loan Officers looking to pivot into a consumer-direct, inside sales environment.

What You’ll Do
- Work full-time, on-site in our Lake Forest, CA office
- Participate in a paid training and development program covering mortgage fundamentals, compliance, sales systems, and call flow
- Operate in a fast-paced, phone-based call center environment
- Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to warm consumer leads
- Gather client needs and educate homeowners on available mortgage solutions
- Learn to pre-qualify borrowers and assist in the loan origination process
- Partner with senior Loan Officers and processors to support smooth, timely closings
- Build strong, professional relationships with senior homeowners
What We’re Looking For
- Comfort working in a phone-based, inside sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
- Sales, call center, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
- Interest in a long-term career in mortgage lending or financial sales
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work full-time on-site
- Ability to obtain (or currently hold) an NMLS license (we provide guidance and support)
Prior mortgage experience is not required. Training is provided and tailored to your background.
