Access Health Care Physicians, LLC, is expanding our renowned team of APRNs across Florida. We're proud to offer high-quality, multidisciplinary medical care in a primary care office setting, with a consistent Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule. This means a predictable work-life balance for you!
What You'll Do & How You'll Grow:
Our APRNs are at the heart of our patient care. You'll:
- Perform initial examinations and patient observations.
- Develop and advise patients on treatment plans and medication instructions.
- Obtain detailed medical histories and analyze results to formulate diagnoses.
- Work collaboratively, demonstrating integrity, care, and compassion with patients and staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation (ICD-10/CPT codes) for seamless operations.
- Assist supervising physicians and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- Maintain your expertise through continuing medical education.
- Uphold Federal and State regulations and our practice policies, ensuring top-tier, compliant care.
We're Looking For APRNs Who Are:
- Committed to COMPLIANCE, QUALITY, EVIDENCE-BASED MEDICINE, & PATIENT ENGAGEMENT.
- Highly focused, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent team players.
- Possess strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Have excellent written and oral communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent from an accredited school.
- Current State APRN License, Valid NCCPA certification, and DEA registration.
- Ability to interpret complex medical/legal documents and effectively communicate with patients and agencies.
- Strong reasoning skills for diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication calculations.
