Our ideal candidate has exceptional front office knowledge within a dental practice and is committed to providing outstanding patient experiences. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations, building strong patient relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-quality care.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients while updating patient information as needed
- Perform daily opening and closing office procedures, including:
- Turning on office systems
- Checking and returning voicemail messages
- Monitoring and responding to emails promptly
- Organizing and maintaining reception areas
- Reviewing schedules and preparing for the following day
- Coordinate registration and account activation for new patients
- Ensure completion of all required patient forms, including the New Patient Relationship Form
- Manage patient recall reports by sending postcards and making follow-up appointment calls
- Complete appointment reminder calls and confirm upcoming visits
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of front office experience in the dental field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
