As the Job Developer, you’ll be the connector between our talented interns and real-world job opportunities. You’ll spend your time out in the community—building partnerships with businesses, attending networking events, and helping shape inclusive workplaces across Arkansas.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Skills/ Abilities:
- Experience in job development, vocational rehab, or employment services
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel extensively
- Must meet all host business requirements (background checks, orientations, etc.)
