As An Early Childhood Teacher, You Will
- Create a warm, secure, and stimulating classroom where children thrive.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Use creative, multisensory teaching strategies to encourage language, social, and developmental growth.
- Lead and mentor a teacher assistant, ensuring a positive and effective classroom environment.

- Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging classroom experience every day.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience working with 2-year-olds required.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Additional Requirements:
- Passing all background checks (criminal, adult & child maltreatment)
- Drug test clearance
- Satisfactory reference checks
