In this role, you will help individuals build independence, develop important life skills, participate in activities, and work toward personal goals. No previous direct support experience is required. ACCESS will provide the training you need before you begin working directly with a client.

- Plan and participate in recreational and community-based activities
- Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and other locations

- Follow individualized support and behavior plans
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Document services and communicate important updates
- Celebrate progress and help clients reach meaningful milestones

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 18 years’ old
- Ability to satisfactorily perform each essential job duty listed
- No specific experience is required; however, the employee must complete two full days of training and orientation prior to working directly with any client, with one day of training being client specific
