Access Equestrian is seeking a diverse population of kind and caring volunteers to assist in our programs who have an interest in working with horses. Help is needed in our barn working with our adaptive riding program herd.
We are currently looking for Monday Morning or Afternoon program volunteers for immediate placement in our barn and horse care program, two-hours once per week minimum. Volunteer times to be determined upon placement and availability.
Volunteer duties vary according to each particular schedule, but include everything from barn care and horse handling, feeding and grooming, as well as general light duty tasks. The efforts of our incredible volunteers make our programs possible. All volunteers will receive orientation training before joining our program. Additional training may be required upon placement and experience.
