Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Durable Medical Equipment Delivery Technician and Inventory Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service, safety, and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering durable medical equipment (DME) to patients and healthcare facilities, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely and professional service. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care by providing essential medical equipment with reliability and compassion.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver DME products to clients across
- Load and unload equipment using, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate inventory processing by receiving shipments, verifying items against purchase orders, and maintaining organized storage.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, demonstrating professionalism, and ensuring satisfaction during deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during route driving to ensure safe transportation of goods.
- Assist in warehouse organization, including stock rotation, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Previous warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management practices.
- Valid driver’s license,
- Delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and timely deliveries.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of medical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience operating pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with load & unload procedures in a warehouse setting while adhering to safety standards.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
