Program/Project Manager – Long-Term Contract (Hybrid – Stamford, CT)
We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to join a high-impact team focused on B2B client retention strategy and programs. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a hybrid work schedule in Stamford, CT.
Role Overview
This team plays a critical role in driving client retention and renewal efforts across a $200M revenue base. You will help shape and deliver strategies that strengthen customer loyalty, support sales enablement, and maximize business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle from definition through successful implementation.
- Developing project plans, driving milestones, and ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
- Creating and implementing retention-specific KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor revenue performance.
- Leading monthly executive reviews with Directors and senior leadership.
- Leveraging data mining techniques to identify client segments, develop targeted positioning, and launch retention campaigns across 500 accounts.
- Supporting sales organizations with adoption of training, incentive planning, and retention strategies for 600 sales reps.
- Ensuring effective change management and communication throughout initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of program/project management experience, preferably within large-scale business operations or client retention functions.
- Proven ability to pull and analyze data from disparate sources and develop actionable insights.
- Strong background in building standard weekly/monthly reports and diagnosing performance exceptions.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable results.
