What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions & Enrollment Advisor — Remote (Florida) position at Access Computer Training?
About Access Computer Training
Access Computer Training is a Florida-based, CIE-licensed technical training school with 12 years in operation and 700 graduates who have launched careers in IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Office Admin and Project Management. We work with WIOA, Vocational Rehabilitation, and CareerSource funding — most of our students don’t pay out of pocket. A skilled advisor can move fast here.
The Role
We’re hiring a dedicated Admissions & Enrollment Advisor to own the full pipeline from warm lead to enrolled student. You’ll qualify prospects, match them to programs, navigate funding approval, and close — and you won’t hand a file off until the funding is in hand. This is a sales role. The accountability is real and so is the upside.
What You’ll Do
• Work warm inbound leads by phone, text, and email — speed and follow-through are the whole game
• Qualify students on program fit, career goals, and funding eligibility (WIOA, VR, Self Pay, VA)
• Own the file from first contact through voucher approval
• Maintain accurate pipeline and enrollment tracking in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Feed the marketing team with real-world lead quality feedback
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in education sales or admissions — you’ve closed and have the numbers to show it
• Working knowledge of WIOA, Vocational Rehabilitation, and county workforce funding processes
• Familiarity with IT/cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, PMP, Cloud)
• Strong communication and active listening — you read people and adapt
• Comfortable with CRMs, Microsoft 365, and learning new tools without hand-holding
You’re the Right Fit If…
• You’ve navigated grant approval processes and know how to keep a funding file moving when momentum stalls
• You’re proactive by default — you follow up because you want to, not because someone reminded you
• You handle rejection without drama and come back the next day ready to go
• You want to celebrate student wins, not just hit a number
• You’ve worked independently, stayed accountable, and delivered without being micromanaged
Compensation
$36,000 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses based on enrollments. Advisors consistently hitting target earn $65,000 . No cap — a strong performer has a clear path to $90,000 . Bonuses are structured to reward quality enrollments that stick, not just volume.
To Apply
- Send your resume to kristin@accesscomputertraining.com. Include a brief note: what made your best month your best month. That question is the filter — if you don’t have an answer, this probably isn’t the right role.
