Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with service coordinators, healthcare facilities, and referral sources to secure clients for our programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional presence, and a passion for helping individuals and families access critical support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote agency services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service coordinators, healthcare facilities, and community partners.
- Identify new referral sources and client opportunities within the autism, developmental disability, and home healthcare sectors.
- Attend networking events, community meetings, and resource fairs to represent the agency.
- Track and report outreach efforts, referrals, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
- Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and other promotional efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Social Services, or related field (preferred, but not required).
- Prior experience in sales, outreach, community engagement, or healthcare business development strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of developmental disability services, autism supports, or home healthcare is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM or tracking tools.
- Must have reliable transportation for local travel.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
