What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position at Access Community Health Services?
We're seeking an LCSW to join our integrated medical and behavioral health team. This role focuses on serving adult patients with opportunities to work with all age groups.
DUTIES
- Screen and assess clients for mental health, emotional, or addiction disorders
- Develop treatment plans and provide psychotherapy, counseling, and related therapeutic services
- Document services in the electronic health record (athenaOne) in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with the medical and behavioral health team for coordinated patient care
REQUIRED
- Current LCSW license through the Mississippi State Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists
- Experience providing mental health assessments and therapy services to adults
PREFERRED
- Training and experience supporting adolescents and teens
- Familiarity with SBIRT and MAT in integrated care settings
