In this role, you’ll support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in real workplaces throughout the Portland metro area—helping them learn skills, build confidence, and succeed on the job.

What You’ll Do

As a Job Coach, you will:

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals at their workplace
• Teach and reinforce job skills and workplace expectations
• Support communication between the individual and their employer
• Encourage independence, confidence, and self-advocacy
• Help individuals build positive relationships with coworkers
• Track and document progress
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure long-term success

Area Relief Job Coach (Flexible Role)

We’re also hiring for an Area Relief Job Coach—ideal if you enjoy variety and flexibility. In this role, you’ll:

• Provide coverage at different job sites across the Portland area
• Work with a variety of individuals and employers
• Adapt quickly to new environments

Perfect for someone who likes a dynamic, on-the-go workday.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally between job sites
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Comfortable with light physical activity (walking, standing, etc.)

Experience in IDD, human services, or education is a plus—but not required.
