What You'll Do

As a Lead Technician, you'll install, troubleshoot, and commission commercial low-voltage systems while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring every project is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest standards.

  • Commercial Security System Upgrades
  • Tenant Improvements
  • New Construction Projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial installation projects from start to finish
  • Install, terminate, label, and test low-voltage cabling
  • Install and commission fire alarm systems
  • Install and troubleshoot access control systems
  • Install IP camera and video surveillance systems
  • Read blueprints, one-line diagrams, and engineered drawings
  • Test, troubleshoot, and document completed systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Mentor junior technicians
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

We're looking for experienced professionals with:

  • 5 years of commercial low-voltage experience
  • Fire alarm installation and service experience
  • Access control experience
  • CCTV experience
  • Structured cabling and fiber optic experience
  • Strong networking knowledge
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Valid California driver's license

Manufacturer certifications are a plus, but we'll help the right candidate earn them.
