What You'll Do
As a Lead Technician, you'll install, troubleshoot, and commission commercial low-voltage systems while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring every project is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial installation projects from start to finish
- Install, terminate, label, and test low-voltage cabling
- Install and commission fire alarm systems
- Install and troubleshoot access control systems
- Install IP camera and video surveillance systems
- Read blueprints, one-line diagrams, and engineered drawings
- Test, troubleshoot, and document completed systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Mentor junior technicians
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
We're looking for experienced professionals with:
- 5 years of commercial low-voltage experience
- Fire alarm installation and service experience
- Access control experience
- CCTV experience
- Structured cabling and fiber optic experience
- Strong networking knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Valid California driver's license
Manufacturer certifications are a plus, but we'll help the right candidate earn them.
