East End Mental Health Practice (next to Tinseltown movies) is hiring a part-time administration assistant position for Monday 12:00pm-5:30pm, Tues, Wed, Thurs 12:00pm-6:30pm, and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Excellent phone skills, ability to multi-task, and good interpersonal skills are required. The office is very fast paced and candidate must learn quickly and be able to manage time well. Duties include answering multi-line phone system, checking in patients, scheduling appointments, calling on insurance benefits, and basic office support tasks such as pulling charts, filing, data entry into patient accounts, and other duties as assigned.
