Key Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Payroll and related integrations.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Troubleshoot integration errors, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions

• Monitor and optimize existing payroll integrations for performance and efficiency

• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and processes.

• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on Workday Payroll integration processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of work exp

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years focused on Payroll integrations.

• Strong experience with Workday tools Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT, Web Services SOAP REST .

• Solid understanding of U.S. payroll processing, including garnishments, taxes, and retroactive calculations.

• Experience working with third party vendors e.g., ADP, banks, tax filing services .

• Proficiency in integration testing, validation, and documentation.

• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• High School or GED Diploma

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
