Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineer/Manual Tester you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements user stories and expected behavior.
Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases identifying and documenting defects and collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure reliable user ready releases.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert managing and collaborating with the team to perform effectively.
You will take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is an essential part of this role.
Develop comprehensive manual test plans that align with project requirements and user expectations.
Analyze test results to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement in the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance testing strategies and improve overall product quality.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and feedback based on testing outcomes.
Contribute to the documentation and refinement of quality assurance processes to elevate team performance.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience
Master proficiency in Temenos Transact
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Master proficiency in Temenos Transact
Master proficiency in Temenos Infinity
Master proficiency in Application Quality Analysis and Software Quality Assurance SQA Testing
Associates or bachelor's degree
