"The Research Specialist will be part of Accenture’s Talent Research team, contributing to a portfolio of high-impact thought leadership and client-focused research on topics such as the future of work, workforce transformation, skills and learning, talent strategy and human potential. Working closely with senior researchers and Talent Research leadership, the individual will help shape distinctive points of view, generate evidence-based insights, and support strategic priorities across global and regional markets. Key Responsibilities Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify emerging trends and generate actionable insights. Analyze complex datasets using statistical and analytical techniques to uncover patterns and business implications. Apply diverse research methods, data sources, and analytics to address strategic business questions. Translate findings into compelling reports, presentations, articles, and points of view. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to align research with strategic priorities. Present insights and recommendations to senior audiences in a clear and engaging manner. Stay current on workforce, talent, AI, and business trends to enhance research quality and impact. Skills & Capabilities Strong interest in workforce, talent, future-of-work, AI, and business trends. Experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate meaningful insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation and synthesis. Ability to communicate insights through storytelling, data visualization, and executive-level presentations. Proficiency with Generative AI tools(e.g.,ChatGPT, Copilot) to support research and content development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Highly organized, self-directed, intellectually curious, and able to manage multiple priorities.
