You are:
A skilled SAP Basis Technical Analyst
The Work:
The SAP Basis Technical Analyst is responsible for performing day-to-day technical tasks for a project. Practice Areas involved (i.e., Design/Build/Run, Operations Architecture, System Administration, Database, ERP and other technical frameworks, etc.). The SAP Basis Technical Analyst will provide expertise in a specific area, troubleshooting and issue resolution for moderately complex environments. The SAP Basis Technical Analyst will be a moderately experienced member of the basis technology team. Responsible for providing support for the technical infrastructure of the SAP solution across all production stacks along with daily system monitoring and issue resolution.
Provides technical input for all maintenance requests that are entered into project-identified change management.
Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the SAP environments
Provide SAP HANA support
Provide SAP DBA and limited OS support as it relates to the SAP Landscape
Provide proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP Landscape
Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed as necessary
Participate in application updates and upgrade projects
Perform system refreshes
Conduct performance tuning
Participate in on-call support rotation
Handle technology issues and escalate as necessary to expert level help
Execute projects when requested
Implement process improvement measures within the environment.
Applicant will have access to export-controlled material and must be a US person defined as a US citizen, US permanent resident, or has achieved refugee status or been granted asylum in the US.
This is a hybrid role in either Cincinnati, OH or Tampa, FL and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Production SAP environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a single area: SAP Basis R/3, SAP Basis NetWeaver, SAP Basis BW, SAP Basis XI/PI, SAP Basis SCM, SAP Portals, SAP ECC 6
Minimum of 1 year of experience RDBMS Management
Minimum of 1 year of Operating System / knowledge of system commands and structures
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience.) If Associate's Degree must have equivalent (minimum 6 years' work experience.)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
