Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and facilitating routines to support delivery kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
Support Enterprise Change Management Standards
Program level status reporting and key control indicators
Facilitates dependency management risk management impediment removal.
Promotes facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
Gathers facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks issues, and schedule.
Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor stakeholders.
Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
Supports resource planning for delivery execution.
Accountability and Ownership and self-sufficient to be able to work with minimum guidance
This role is a hybrid role with expectations to be onsite in Charlotte, NC 60% of the time
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of Portfolio Management & Measurement Technology (PMMT) experience
A minimum of 1 year of Scope Management experience
A minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience
Associate's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Banking industry experience
