About The Role
- We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfill the role of a Premium Assistance Customer Service Rep. who will play a critical role in ensuring program eligibility for members by reviewing documentation, conducting investigations, and maintain strong communication with clients and employers.
- This position requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paces environment.
- This opportunity is open to individuals located in San Antonio, TX and/or surrounding areas.
- Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BCforward, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.
Core Duties
- Conduct research and investigations to gather all necessary information for case evaluations
- Review and analyze client documentation (e.g., paystubs) to determine eligibility for monthly reimbursement
- Communicate with PA members and employers to request missing or invalid documentation and clarify changes
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from clients and employers while maintaining professional standards
- Ensure accurate and timely eligibility determinations for Premium Assistance cases
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals and assist with escalations as needed
- Support process improvements and contribute to training new team members
- Maintain compliance with professional standards
- Case Management Software for documentation review and case tracking
- Microsoft Office Suite for communication and collaboration, task reviews and updates
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or contact center
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office
- Proficient computer skills and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage workflows and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building professional relationships
- Experience in critical thinking and process improvement initiatives
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Must be comfortable handling confidential information and maintaining compliance with company policies
- Basic computer applications and data entry
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shift per day between the hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
- Voluntary Overtime may be available Monday through Saturday

- This is a contractor role administered through a third-party payroll supplier. The supplier will determine compensation, benefits, and applicable employment policies. The contractor will not be eligible for employee benefits from Accenture.
