The role also involves voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders. By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, from our office in Bucharest in a hybrid setup. How you’ll make an impact: Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions; Optimize working capital, providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes; Solves situations related to policies and holders queries with the help of specific finance procedures; The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers; Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results. Address all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities. Skills that make your work successful: You have advanced German level & advanced English language skills; You communicate easily; Around 5 years experience in F&A; Bachelor's degree or high school degree- mandatory requirement; You are a team-player; You can solve urgent matters; You are reliable and proactive.
