You Are:

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite Business Architect to lead the design and delivery of NetSuite. This role blends deep NetSuite product expertise with strategic consulting and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, a hands-on implementer, and a trusted advisor capable of translating business needs into scalable NetSuite Solutions.

The Work:

• As a Business Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platforms.

• Collaborate with Client teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with client objectives.

• Translate technical capabilities into real business value.

• Develop detailed business and functional requirements documents.

• You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.

• Oversee configuration, customization and deployment of NetSuite modules.

• Provide hands-on support for data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

• Act as a liaison for fine-tuning requirements with on-shore, near-shore, and offshore teams.

• Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines solution architecture and implementation plans.

• Support project management activities, including timeline tracking and risk identification.

• Mentor and guide team members in best practices.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite architecture and implementations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with NetSuite modules.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience

Bonus Points If:

• NetSuite Certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, ETC.)

• NetSuite Enterprise client experience

• NSAW & NS EPM experience

• Strong understanding of NetSuite’s AI capabilities

• Pre-Sales Solutioning Experience

• Spanish language fluency

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
