YOUR MISSION: Support implementation and operations of SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY) and SuccessFactors modules Work with HR stakeholders to analyze business requirements across the employee lifecycle Configure and support: Employee Central (core HR data) Performance & Goals (PM/GM) Succession & Development Reporting (Story / Ad Hoc / Workforce Analytics) Assist in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) activities such as testing, validation, and issue resolution Support data replication and integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Participate in HR transformation projects, including SuccessFactors rollouts and S/4HANA migrations Contribute to process improvements, automation, and system enhancements Prepare documentation, support testing cycles, and assist with end-user training WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
