Key Responsibilities:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Core Java is required.
Advanced proficiency in Microservices Architecture is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Java, Apache Kafka, SQL Databases, and API Development is suggested.
Locations: Hybrid - 3 days/weekly (60%) onsite - Dallas, TX
Requirement: 5 days away mandate per quarter
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in Java Backend Application Development
Advanced proficiency in Core Java
Experience in API Development
Experience with Microservices
High School Diploma or GED
