Role Overview:

The resource should have experience working on L2 support tickets
ServiceNow experience is a must
Handling Mac OS experience
MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Experience working in ServiceNow
Mac OS experience
Mobile Device Management experience
IT Troubleshooting experience
High School Diploma / GED
