About the Role
- We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfil the role of IT Helpdesk Support Agent; you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services. Your day-to-day activities will include driving incidents, issues, and outage management, as well as conducting thorough investigations and restorations. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
- This opportunity is open to individuals located in Denver, CO and/or surrounding areas.
- Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, Artech, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
- Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing
- Advanced proficiency in Customer Satisfaction.
- Advanced proficiency in Customer Technical Support.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Troubleshooting of hardware failures, performance issues, and connectivity concerns.
- Assessment of user and departmental hardware needs.
- Support for urgent issues to minimize workflow disruptions
- Tagging, tracking, and inventory management for all hardware assets
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in supporting and enterprise environment that includes pc break/fix, asset management and ticketing systems.
- Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management
- Proficiency with MS Outlook
- Network and Server Skills
- Prior Team Management Experience
- Previous Participation in IT Audits
- MS Certification
- Asset Management Experience
- Knowledge of ISO Standards

Compensation Disclosure
- Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer Artech, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
- As required by law, below you’ll find the reasonable range of compensation Artech expects to pay for this role. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply. Compensation Range:
- $25.00 to $25.00 per hour
