The Work
- You'll develop and manage procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project scope, objectives, and schedules.
- You'll define packaging, sourcing, and engagement models that balance risk, cost, and scope expectations.
- You'll support WBS development and collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to optimize sourcing decisions.
- You'll deliver strategic sourcing initiatives that drive value through consolidation, standardization, and cost reduction.
- You'll oversee pre-award activities, tender clarifications, and contract negotiations to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
- You'll establish and maintain procurement and contract coordination procedures across FEED and EPCM phases.
- You'll review, approve, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with standards, scope, safety, and governance requirements.
- You'll manage consultant and contractor performance to ensure timely, compliant delivery of procurement outcomes.
- You'll serve as the primary liaison between project teams, consultants, and suppliers, providing clear status and risk updates.
- You'll identify, mitigate, and monitor procurement risks, KPIs, and supplier performance while promoting HSSEQ and safety-first practices.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Here’s What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7 years of procurement and contract management experience within capital projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCM models, FEED execution, and sourcing of engineering, construction, and process equipment packages
- Experience with various contract forms (lump-sum, cost-plus, target cost) and risk allocation strategies
- Working knowledge of local procurement regulations and construction law
- Certifications with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and scheduling integration tools; strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling
- Expertise in earned value management, cost/schedule integration, risk analysis, and reporting
