You are:
An experienced Program/ Project Manager Leader with Epic Ambulatory Experience or Community Connect Experience
The Work:
Depending on the client engagement, the Program/ Project Manager Leader with Epic Ambulatory Experience or Community Connect Experience oversees and leads the vision and strategy of rolling Epic Community Connect implementations, understanding the complexity of the different Provider Specialties, overseeing Ambulatory, Professional Billing, and Patient Registration systems and teams, navigating and managing the organization dynamics with skillful communication and leadership guidance. They are responsible for the overall program management of the projects, timelines, costs, resources, reporting, and status updates to leadership with effective and informative dashboards. They will oversee the comprehensive program management for
Meets deadlines while maintaining commitment to high quality standards and excellent employee experience
Manages cross-functional teams
Manages budgets and resource allocation
Project management tracking of all resources, requirements, deadlines, pre golive activities, and go live activities.
Setting and managing timeline, risks, costs
Communicating status updates and dashboards to the Senior Manager and Client leadership
Support the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or clients.
Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives.
Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders.
Oversight and accountability for production support teams and incident escalations.
Coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
Perform and communicate lessons learned from each implementation activity, for client and team growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive project management activities.
Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Manage project milestones and dependencies effectively.
Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
Monitor delivery performance and quality through metrics and status reporting.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require local travel and 2-3 days per week in your local office.
Here is what you need:
Minimum of 7 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Ambulatory OR Community Connect Analyst/Team Lead role including experience and/OR certification in Epic Care Ambulatory OR Community Connect experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in some of the key Program & Project Management Functions listed here:
Program/Project Planning
Work Planning and Management
Scope Change Management
Performance and Reporting Management
Resource Management
Quality Management
Risk, Issue and Dependency Management
Distributed Project Management
Stakeholder Management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:
Community Connect Experience
Experience in Estimation, Project Planning, Risk Management, or Scope Management
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
