The work:

Client Transaction Services Analyst – prepares the financial models for new outsourcing and consulting arrangements. Supports the creation of the pricing approach and the client value proposition. Uses accounting principles to prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards. Additional responsibilities include:

• Leveraging client cost data to develop cost baselines and client business cases

• Identifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity

• Identifying other cost saving opportunities within the deal

• Applying the agreed upon pricing methodologies

• Ensuring revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant and Accenture Policies are reflected accurately within the financial models

• After your first year in CTS, you will be eligible to gain additional skills through rotation programs to other Finance and Corporate Development roles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting or other comparable business degree with 9 credit hours of Accounting and / or Finance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 years of Project based Finance/Accounting experience
• Good knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
• Experience with financial accounting items such as reconciliation, invoice preparation, processing financial transactions, and preparing financial budgets
• Experience in pricing and deal structuring
• Excellent communication (written & oral), interpersonal and organizational skills
• Executive Presence
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience performing budgeting and forecasting functions

Professional Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $46,300 to $102,600

Colorado: $46,300 to $88,700

New York City: $53,600 to $102,600

NY - Albany: $42,900 to $82,100

Washington: $49,300 to $94,400
