Billing Agent

The Billing Agent’s responsibilities include:

Perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client

Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues

Will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in science or related field

Outsourcing operations experience

Knowledge and experience in any work stream of US health care

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
