AI Strategy Manager

You Will:

• Support design and delivery of AI strategy engagements

• Lead workstreams on opportunity identification and prioritization

• Develop strategic deliverables (roadmaps, frameworks, playbooks)

• Conduct interviews, analysis, and opportunity framing

• Facilitate working sessions across business and technical teams

• Draft narratives, visualizations, and investment recommendations

• Contribute to firm IP, reusable templates, and client stories

• Ability to travel up to 80%

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or AI advisory

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise AI or data transformation programs

• A minimum of 5 years of experience translating between business, data, and technology teams

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one industry (e.g., Retail, Health, Tech, Energy, Banking)

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one domain (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, IT)

• A minimum of 5 years of experience at top-tier consulting or boutique AI firm

Success Measures

• Billable utilization

• Client satisfaction and repeat business

• Contribution to practice IP and internal capability building

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
